At CYMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CYMA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
